Nestled on a serene hilltop just outside the bustling heart of town, Laendenhof Superior offers a unique blend of traditional Austrian charm and essential comforts, well-suited for those looking to enjoy a cozy retreat without breaking the bank. During my brief stay, I appreciated the spacious rooms with sweeping views and the wonderful showers that provided a perfect post-adventure refresh. Housekeeping maintained a tidy space, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere. The complimentary welcome drink was a pleasant touch, setting the tone for the friendly service throughout. The in-house restaurant served a delightful 4-course dinner featuring hearty traditional Austrian dishes, which definitely showcased the beauty of local cuisine while remaining reasonably priced. Breakfast was of very good quality, setting you up for a day on the slopes or exploring the nearby hiking trails. For ski enthusiasts, the proximity to the Penkenbahn lift is a significant plus, and the ski pass vendor on-site adds convenience. The sauna may be small, but it provides a cozy respite after a long day. If you're seeking a balance of luxury and value, Laendenhof Superior delivers with charm and comfort-and it won't stretch your pocket too much while doing it.
